In making the appointment, EXEDRA chairman Ashok Nath said “I have known Cyril since the mid-eighties when we were both regional magazine publishers. Our paths crossed again when we launched the Asian Publishing Convention in 2007 and built it to a vibrant platform for national Asian magazines. Initially Cyril will lead the APC and its offshoot, the Editors Resource Centre (ERC). We have a shared love and passion for quality magazines. We want to ensure the survival, transformation and dynamic growth of magazines in Asia. Cyril joins me as an equal equity partner in moving EXEDRA forward.”

As a truly regional business, EXEDRA’s chairman, operational manpower and servers are based in Manila, while its holding company and managing director are Hong Kong based.
